James Stocks & Co is a merchant banking group providing companies with bespoke advisory and structured finance solutions. We aim to provide our clients with solutions rooted in experience grounded in strategic analysis of the client’s needs and designed to achieve success based outcomes. In our dealings with clients, we operate with integrity, respect and ensure that at all times we discharge to the highest threshold our duty of care to our clients. Having followed these principles we have built long term client relationships as we see our role as extending beyond the immediate transaction. Such approach enables us to be creative in our solutions, able to think laterally for our clients and to provide objective and truly independent advice.

We bring contemporary advisory services to companies both in the UK and internationally. Working with our clients in this way means we have built long-term relationships with corporates, institutions and governments.
